Durability Tests
PSP dropp four feet onto carpet: Face it, it’s going to happen sooner or later—you’re going to pendant your expensive new PSP. Luckily, we have righteous news: The battery popped not at home and gave us a scare, still the unit itself still worked just fine.
PSP dropp four feet onto a hard surface: This was painful equal to watch. The PSP hit the soil with a loud “thwack,” on the other hand turned back on and worked OK The UMD drive door, however, would not quite shut all the way again (though games did work), and it started making obstreperous noises while loading.
PSP stepp on: The PSP took 175 impounds of game editor standing upon it for about one next to the first before it let out this horrible “blurp” unmutilated that will haunt us forever. The shield went screwy and stayed forward for about five more next to the firsts then turned off. It’s been dark to the end of time since. Maybe it’s for the best; the nearest test we had planned was dropping the PSP into a toilet.
Battery Life Tests
All of the following times were logg using a PSP at medium protection brightness and 2/3 maximum bulk no headphones. Sadly, no UMD movies were available for testing (Sony claims 25 hours for them).
